About Danielle

Danielle Goodman is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care across orthopedics, sports medicine, and complex rehabilitation. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Allied Health Sciences, Danielle earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and her Bachelor of Health Sciences in Pre-Physical Therapy Summa Cum Laude, a testament to the academic excellence she carries into her clinical work.
Danielle completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), where she also served as a Clinical Instructor for first-year DPT students, delivering lectures, leading labs, and providing real-time mentorship on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and clinical reasoning. Her commitment to advancing the profession through education and research is reflected in her multiple Critically Appraised Topic presentations to clinical faculty on sports and orthopedic rehabilitation.
Her clinical background spans some of the most demanding environments in the field, from working with professional NFL combine athletes and college sports programs at EXOS Performance Legacy, to managing acute and ICU patients at Loyola Medical Center, to delivering community-based orthopedic and sports rehabilitation at NovaCare. This breadth of experience gives her a uniquely well-rounded perspective on recovery, performance, and long-term functional health.
Danielle is now proud to bring her expertise in orthopedic and sports physical therapy to STAR Physical Therapy, where she looks forward to partnering with patients to help them move better, perform at their best, and live without limitations.
