About Debbie

Debbie English is a licensed Physical Therapist with more than two decades of dedicated experience in outpatient orthopedic care. She holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas State University in San Marcos, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science, giving her a strong foundation in both the science of movement and the art of rehabilitation.
Debbie’s career has been rooted in outpatient orthopedics across a variety of respected Austin-area practices. Her experience also includes home health and PRN roles reflecting a versatility and commitment to serving patients wherever they need care most.
With experience spanning aquatic therapy, land-based orthopedics, home health, and specialty hospital settings, Debbie brings a uniquely broad and seasoned perspective to every patient she treats. She is passionate about helping patients recover function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love and is proud to bring that experience to STAR Physical Therapy.
