Brian Millette

Brian grew up in Lagrange Park, Illinois, a western suburb just outside of Chicago. He attended Illinois State University where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in May of 2017. Following graduation, he utilized his skills from undergrad as a personal trainer and rehab technician while completing pre-requisite courses in order to apply for physical therapy school. He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine here in Austin in April of 2022. Brian’s professional interests include sports therapy, manual therapy, and keeping up with current research. In the near future he plans to pursue certifications in strength and conditioning, dry needling, and advanced manual therapy techniques.

Brian enjoys a very active lifestyle and since leaving the Windy City has become accustomed to all that Austin has to offer from its many outdoor activities, taco trucks, and eclectic mix of live music. He is an avid weightlifter who occasionally may go for a run, but prefers a challenging hike. In the summer his girlfriend and their new puppy love to travel, go camping, and explore the U.S. National Parks.
